Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to determine the root cause.
- Fabricate and install parts as needed to maintain or repair equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and address them proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests by addressing their maintenance needs promptly and effectively.
Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with guests.
- Proficient in maintaining an indoor pool and Eco Lab pool equipment.
- Ability to fabricate and install parts using various tools and equipment.
- Proficient in maintaining and repairing different types of machinery.
- Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff members.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and guests.
