MAJOR ACTIONS OR INITIATIVES :

Execute strategic projects that benefit clients, the team, and the agency at large.

Thoroughly understand the policies and programs of our clients to provide informed support.

Regularly review and adhere to all policies and procedures related to client service and the utilization of our management software.

ROUTINES :

Utilize technical knowledge to expedite carrier quotes, ensuring they are received promptly.

Carefully review quotes for any gaps and coordinate with carriers to address inquiries.

Effectively learning and managing our proactive service model ensuring an outstanding client experience.

Maintain up-to-date client information for daily support and to address intermediate-level inquiries.

Manage client renewals and service requests with diligence and accuracy.

Keep abreast of insurance industry trends through self-directed learning, contributing to your professional growth and the agency's knowledge base.

Stay informed of carrier updates and bulletins to ensure the most current information is used in client interactions.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Prior administrative experience, preferably in a fast paced environment requiring discipline, speed, and attention to detail.

A business-related degree is beneficial but not mandatory.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and generally tech savvy.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

A Property & Casualty License, or the willingness to obtain one upon hire, is required.
