Summary
A full-time assistant teacher would work 40 hours per week. They are responsible for assisting the lead teacher throughout the day with caring for and teaching the children we serve.
Duties
Engaging with children in play and activities. Caring for children's need (routine care). Keeping the room tidy and clean.
Requirements
18 years or older. High school diploma or GED.
Willingness to do Professional Development training.
Openness to learning new things.
Flexibility.
Physical ability to pick up kids up to 50 lbs and to get down on the ground with children.
Nice To Haves
Prior experience in childcare or group care setting.
Degree in a related field.
