What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer position at Township of Clinton, Hunterdon County?
Department of Public Works, Laborer - Full time position responsible for the operation of various maintenance equipment performing manual labor activities as needed for streets, grounds keeping, snow and leaf removal and other general maintenance as assigned. Duties include, but are not limited to, buildings and grounds maintenance, grass cutting, operating a variety of motor vehicles including dump trucks and other equipment used in public works services. A good working relationship with coworkers and the general public is a necessity. Knowledgeable in a variety of semi-skilled and skilled maintenance tasks. Qualified candidates must possess a valid NJ Driver's License and be able to acquire a Class A CDL within 1 year of employment, a valid CDL license is a plus.
