Billing Specialist - Charlotte, NC

We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our finance department. This person's primary responsibilities will be working daily on our clients' accounts and assisting the sales/service departments with billing inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Invoice customers utilizing subscription billing system
- Manage subscription changes and payment terms
- Update contract parameters
- Accounts Receivable collections
- Interface with sales and service teams
- Work daily with customer contracts
- Maintain departmental efficiency
- Assist with commission calculations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous accounting experience
- Strong time management and e-mail management within a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication & collaboration skills
- Highly organized
- Experience with Excel
- Knowledge of Great Plains accounting software and/or Encore a plus
