The Onboarding Operations Manager Opportunity
The Onboarding Operations Manager will oversee the onboarding and campaign deployment process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to account management. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and team management to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns that align with client goals and company standards.
The Campaign Creation Manager will lead and empower a team of Campaign Creation Specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and ensure client satisfaction.

The Onboarding Operations Manager Opportunity

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement processes for efficient client onboarding and campaign deployment.
- Set clear team goals and provide the tools and support necessary for success.
- Analyze industry trends, client feedback, and internal data to improve onboarding and campaign strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of Client Onboarding Specialists, emphasizing high-quality work and adherence to high standards.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, encouraging ownership and empowerment.
- Provide targeted training to enhance team members’ communication, time management, and production skills.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring seamless communication between sales, production, and account management teams.
- Ensure campaigns are launched in alignment with client’s business goals and expectations.
- Act as an escalation point for complex onboarding issues, resolving them promptly and effectively.
- Track key performance metrics for onboarding and campaign deployment, identifying areas for improvement.
- Present regular performance reports, including actionable insights and recommendations.
- Implement strategies to optimize the onboarding process and enhance team productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in client onboarding, digital marketing, or related fields, with a proven track record of success.
- 2 years of direct management experience (preferred)
- Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and empower team members.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and project management software.
