This position requires you to work in our Flint office, and will involve supporting the Flint team.

About the Digital Campaign Coordinator Opportunity :

Townsquare Media is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Campaign Coordinator . This role will support our sales team in Flint, providing front line support to our sales department in both pre-sale and post-sale tasks. This is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented role where you will serve in organizing marketing solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is a natural communicator and problem solver.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as a key support to the sales and operations teams, assisting with client communication, sales research, prospecting, campaign coordination, and creative asset management.

Manage administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, facilitating prize distribution, and handling mailings, certificates, and office supply orders.

Process sales orders in Wide Orbit, collaborate with Account Executives for necessary sales materials, and assist with sales reporting and reconciliation.

Gather and organize campaign details, including targeting, geo-location, and audience segmentation, while coordinating approvals with internal teams and clients.

Conduct market research using tools like Dstillery, Ad Mall, and SEM Estimates to help define campaign objectives and strategies.

Support the launch and execution of digital campaigns, ensuring proper setup and timely communication of updates.

Maintain accurate posting of daily logs for multiple radio stations and assist with Value Connection coordination, including social media presence and content.

Co-host Value Connection’s on-air show daily, engaging in promotional activities, including Seize the Deal segments.

Generate and customize campaign performance reports, assisting in data analysis to optimize strategies.

Design sales flyers, PowerPoint proposals, and other creative materials that align with branding and client needs.

Qualifications :

4-year college degree or comparable work experience (required)

Minimum of 1 years of experience in digital advertising or a related field.

Experience in marketing / advertising and sales support roles preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), SharePoint, Google Suite; familiarity with digital tools and platforms like Tapclicks is a plus.

Experience with graphic design programs such as Canva, Premier Pro, Photoshop, also preferred, but candidates willing to learn can be trained

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a collaborative, team-focused approach.

Eagerness to further develop relationship building skills

Highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and can work independently within a team focused organization
