Toyoda Gosei has a great opportunity for a Team Lead in our Shipping Department on our day shift!
SHIPPING TEAM LEAD- The role of the Team Leader is to support Team Members in every day tasks to reach goals for the day. To practice safety and to teach safe working conditions in their area and TGTX. Support Supervisor and Manager on projects and Kaizen. Motivate their teams and support standardized work.
Participate in training courses needed for better efficiency in production, timing and cost control
Ensure the safety of the team members in PA area
Ensure proper shipping processes & procedures are followed
Ensure daily production numbers are achieved
Forklift certified or availability to get forklift certified or availability to get forklift certified.
Required to operate equipment (Forklift, Tugger, Pallet Jack, Cart, Scanner, Wrapper), fill-in and conduct same tasks as Team Members to support Production Objectives, when needed.
