Toyoda Gosei North America (located in Troy, MI) has an opening for a Product Engineering Summer Intern . The Product Engineering Intern will assist the interior / exterior engineering team with documenting engineering changes and developing design countermeasures.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist interior / exterior engineering group with day-to-day design and development activities for current and future automotive programs
- Support team in engineering data studies for warranty issues
- Prototype making and lab testing of products
- Assist in the creation of documentation to support request for quote (RFQ) process
- Assist with making 3D changes to existing parts
- Lead assigned projects
