Toyon Research Corporation is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Inventory Management Analyst to work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to assist in equipment assembly and maintenance duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming parts
- Organizing, managing, and controlling inventory
- Working with light machine equipment, tools, fasteners, adhesives associated with equipment assemblies; cleaning components prior to installation
- Packaging equipment for shipment, use of appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe delivery for express or freight items
- Participating in project meetings to coordinate logistics and assembly activities
- Assisting in the review and maintenance of project documentation, including, but not limited to, technical drawings, bill of materials, operation and maintenance procedures and manuals
- Setting up and operating production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and Toyon operating procedures
- Assisting with assembly of hardware under guidance of engineers
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Desire to take responsibility for completing assigned tasks
- Computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- An interest in working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of quality and process control methodologies
- Experience using production management software or inventory management systems

The annual pay range for the Inventory Management Analyst position is $60,000 to $90,000.
The posted pay range values provide the candidate with guidance on annual base compensation for the position, at a full time level of effort, exclusive of overtime, bonus, and benefits-related compensation, over a range of qualifications that may fit hiring objectives. Toyon Research Corporation will consider the individual candidate’s education, work experience, applicable knowledge, skills and training, among other factors, when preparing an offer of employment.
