Compensation Package
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $33.00 with opportunities for growth up to $44.20 per hour. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for candidates within 50 miles of our facility, while those relocating from outside this area may be eligible for a $10,000 relocation incentive.
Job Responsibilities
As an Industrial Maintenance Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
- Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and optimize equipment efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles, including circuit analysis, relay logic, and wiring techniques.
