\Compensation Package
\The compensation package includes a competitive starting hourly rate of $33.5000, supplemented by a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates within 50 miles. For those outside this radius, relocation assistance may be offered. Comprehensive health care and wellness plans cover medical, dental, vision, and prescription drugs. We also provide a 401(k) Savings Plan with company match and annual retirement contributions from Toyota.
\Key Responsibilities
\This role requires performing routine maintenance, improving processes, and solving equipment issues to achieve production, quality, cost, and safety targets. As a skilled technician, you will design, assemble, and test various equipment systems, fabricate and machine parts, and document work performed.
\Required Skills
\- Experience in industrial maintenance and/or the military \
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles \
- Technical expertise in PLC's, Computers & Information Technology, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, Motion/Motor Control, Welding, Machining, and Robotics \
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns \
- Degree or certification in electrical studies \
- Skills in operating Milling Machines, Lathes, Surface Grinders, or CNC Machines
