Job Overview
The Maintenance Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of maintenance and tool & die departments at Toyota Boshoku America. - Develops and implements effective maintenance strategies to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant maintenance experience with progressing levels of responsibility and 4 years of functional leadership experience as a manager.
