Job Description
The Machine Operator will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing areas, with a focus on minimizing downtime, increasing productivity, and maintaining the overall Toyota Production System.
The ideal candidate will have experience with tool room activities, CNC machines, and programming software such as MasterCam, Solid Works, and AutoCAD.
This role involves:
- Supporting tool room activities on all production equipment and facilities.
- Making components for repairs and improvements on stamping dies, fixtures, and molds.
- Setting up, programming, and running CNC and manual machines to produce needed components.
- Using measuring tools and gages.
- Working with the Engineering department to improve processes.
The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, flexibility in a changing work environment, and mandatory overtime flexibility.
