**Job Summary**
We are seeking an exceptional Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at Toyota Boshoku America. In this role, you will oversee the quality control operations during your designated shift, maintaining the overall plant quality system and daily job assignments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, quality control, and leadership. You will be responsible for directing team members in assigned manufacturing areas, ensuring efficient and stable operations in a team-based environment.
You will also lead continuous improvement activities, participating in the setting of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets and implementing safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvement projects. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
