We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Team Lead to oversee the quality control operations during the designated shift. As a first-line leader, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall plant quality system, directing team members in assigned manufacturing areas, and managing groups as operational units. Key responsibilities include monitoring staffing conditions, executing company rules and policies, developing positive team member relations, providing direction and motivation, and implementing continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of three years of relevant manufacturing experience. Automotive industry experience is preferred, particularly in parts production, quality, or production control. You should possess knowledge of TPS and Production Efficiency (PEFF) systems, as well as demonstrated leadership skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving expertise.
