Welder Assistant to the Supervisor
1st Shift 630 am to 3pm

Position Summary:
The Welding ATL position will be responsible for working as part of a team and individually as a leader in training. The ATL will assist the welding supervisor in leading workers that operate equipment, repair items, perform quality control, or packaging and labeling parts. Will also be hands on to assist associates with work and help train new associates.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Fabricating and repair metal, equipment, parts, and other materials by applying welding techniques in a safe and efficient manner.
- Strong team player with demonstrated ability to lead and influence others.
- Demonstrated ethical behavior, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong work ethic, intrinsically motivated, ability to organize work and multi-task
