The selected individual will work collaboratively with the production team to ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process. They will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records
The successful candidate will be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years hands-on industrial maintenance experience or an associate degree in a related field
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
