We are looking for skilled maintenance team members who want to be part of our journey. As one of our maintenance team members, you will play a critical role in supporting the production, quality, cost, and safety goals of our manufacturing operation and plant facilities.
You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, process and equipment improvements, and effective troubleshooting. This includes:
- Testing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems.
- Fabricating and machining components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts for projects, equipment repair, maintenance work orders, and machine modifications.
- Writing, programming, troubleshooting, modifying, and repairing programmable logic controllers, robotics, and other electronic equipment.
- Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment, and machine components.
- Performing basic administrative skills, including documentation of work performed by written or electronic methods.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet one of the following technical qualifications:
- An Associate's degree (or higher) in Industrial Automation Maintenance or a similar field of study.
- Three years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience (Examples: Mechanical, Electrical, PLCs, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, or Robotics) while installing, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting equipment.
- Similar military hands-on experience.
In addition to your technical qualifications, you must be available to work 2nd, 3rd, and/or weekend shifts, which may include overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns. You must also be willing to work any shift for training purposes, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
