Paralegal #9794 Columbus, Indiana, United States Location TINA - Columbus IN Job Description Position Summary A key supporting role on the legal team reporting to a senior attorney, the successful candidate will provide critical support for mergers and acquisitions, litigation and corporate secretary roles. Essential Position Duties • Provide legal support to attorneys on key strategic projects including acquisitions, litigation, corporate records, enterprise risk management, and contracts. • Other special projects support as needed. • Specific Knowledge and Skills: • Excellent and succinct verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently. • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment as a team member. • Must be able to multi-task. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner • Additional duties as assigned Education & Experience • Minimum 3 years paralegal experience. • Preferred paralegal certification or degree in law-related field Physical Requirements / Working Conditions The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
