Position Summary
A key supporting role on the legal team reporting to a senior attorney, the successful candidate will
provide critical support for mergers and acquisitions, litigation and corporate secretary roles.

- Specific Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent and succinct verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment as a team member.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Additional duties as assigned
- Minimum 3 years paralegal experience.
- Preferred paralegal certification or degree in law-related field
