Location : East Chicago, IN
Monday - Friday 6 : 30am - 3 : 00pm
What We're Looking For :
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will have a strong work ethic, be reliable and consider yourself a go-getter. This position is responsible for maintaining optimized maintenance inventory levels to prevent inventory shortages and overages. The role is fast paced and requires a high sense of urgency in order to support the maintenance department of a lean manufacturing facility. This position must maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers while promoting company values.
- Ability to interface with multi-faceted, cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in using maintenance planning and scheduling software - CMMS or inventory management experience preferred
- Good knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Familiarity with maintenance equipment and supplies procurement processes
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
