Position Summary
Advanced services business development managers are responsible for driving growth of Toyota’s advanced services.
As a business development manager you will be leading efforts to grow adoption of services through both our dealer network and direct customers. This role will perform such activities as prospecting new business, presenting product portfolios, initial customer onboarding and support to ensure customer satisfaction. This role is expected to collaborate in the sales process by planning and tracking customer engagement activities. They will be responsible for sales results and take action as necessary to keep up with company goals.

Essential Position Duties
- Present Advanced Services offerings to targeted customers
- Lead business development activities required for the successful launch of the customer program
- Create forecast sales targets and growth projections
- Negotiate product offering with end customer
- Facilitate contract negotiations with end customer
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Provide basic product training to dealers and customers
- Intermediate-Advanced software skills applicable to core function (MS Office, SAP, BI and other reporting tools)
- Ability to drive results through dealer network
- Monitor KPIs for advanced services products
- Work under moderate guidance and direction from peers and/or management
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

- Bachelor Degree
- 1-3 years of professional experience
