Job Description
We invite applications for a talented and ambitious individual to join our Regional Depot Operations team in Belgium as a Parts Logistics Standardization Intern. As a critical member of our depot transformation team, you will be instrumental in driving standardization and enhancing safety, quality, and efficiency across our regional depots. This exciting opportunity involves implementing best practices and standardizing processes/tools to ensure seamless operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess the current state of operational processes and equipment at each depot
* Develop a comprehensive plan to bridge gaps in depot standardization
* Design an efficient document management system and best practice sharing framework using MS Office SharePoint
* Foster collaboration with depot management to implement new standardization structures at all regional depots
Requirements
* Native-level fluency in English
* Currently enrolled in a Master's program
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Office 365 suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
* Strong foundation in logistics processes
* Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
