About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Optimization Specialist to join our Regional Depot Operations team in Belgium. In this role, you will drive standardization and enhance safety, quality, and efficiency across 13 European depots, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
Your main responsibility will be to grasp the current situation of various processes/equipments used at each depot, understand best practices, identify gaps, and develop a practical plan to secure depot standardization. You will also develop a structure for document management and best practice sharing among depots using system tools (e.g., MS Office SharePoint).
