Job Description
We are seeking a talented Logistics Operations Standardization Specialist to join our Regional Depot Operations team in Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for driving standardization and enhancing safety, quality, and efficiency across 13 European depots. Your primary goal will be to create a system that facilitates the standardization of operational/storage processes & equipments at all regional depots.
Your key responsibilities will include grasping the current situation of various processes/equipments used at each depot, understanding best practices, identifying/assessing gaps at each depot, developing a practical plan to secure depot standardization, building consensus with depot management, and implementing new standardization structures at all depots.
