Your team and your responsibilities
Team description
Within the Electronics Engineering Division, the Electronics Evaluation team is responsible for:Evaluating electronics across the entire vehicle.
Conducting Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) tests for both vehicles and test benches.Performing Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS) evaluations at the system and vehicle levels.Conducting EUNCAP tests.Our findings are incorporated into vehicle specifications or evaluation criteria. Our objective is to establish competitive performance targets that align with the needs and expectations of the EU market. To achieve this, we utilize our evaluation skills, including precise measurement capabilities, to identify performance gaps through objective assessments and propose appropriate Counter Measures (C/M) and/or system specification adjustments.
Your responsibilities
- Lead all Electronic evaluations during vehicle development.
- Improve standard test processes.
- Motivate technician team for efficient testing campaigns.
- Plan and conduct EMC tests on vehicles and benches.
- Study and implement international EMC standards.
- Coordinate Quality Division request through Evaluation team
- Plan ADAS vehicle and system evaluations with the ADAS engineering team.
Your Profile
For TME Graduate positions we are targeting recent University Graduates (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships)
- You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
- Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) theory.
- Proficient with measuring instruments: oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, and network analyzer.
- Experience in Python and/or Matlab for data analysis and automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a self-motivated, proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
- Interest in ADAS systems and vehicle safety is a plus.
