Who We’re Looking For
A Director Level individual who has a proven track record of experience delivering Enterprise Class Platforms utilizing best in class Software Development practices. Special focus on those with experience delivering services utilizing ServiceNow, or similar Platforms, with robust technical engineering expertise. The individual will supervise the technical design of the product and direct the technological strategy. Collaborating closely with the Product Owner, Domain Architects, and Technology Domain Owners, the ServiceNow Platform Manager will be integral to assembling and maintaining a high-performing team. They are tasked with aligning the team's technological proficiency with the product roadmap with a strong focus on operational automation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure efficient execution of overall product delivery by prioritizing, planning, and tracking sprint progress. This can include the development of shippable code.
- Actively engages in product and business discussions with a technical eye for feasibility and adherence to overall roadmaps and architectural strategy.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture, technical and business leadership to identify appropriate technologies, frameworks, and design robust and scalable solutions.
- Communicate the technical vision, project progress, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders and team members.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the requirements to identify technical challenges, dependencies, and potential risks.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices and efficient coding standards.
- Influence and establish software engineering best practices. Creating a framework of technical standards and procedures.
- Work as part of an agile scrum team to deliver business value.
- Bachelor’s in information technology (or higher)
- 7-10 years of relevant / progressive work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, quality assurance, and operations.
- Regularly contribute as a hands-on senior developer in development, automation, testing, and environment management activities
- Current knowledge of scripting and programming languages, various business applications, state of the art technology and current trends in the computer industry.
- Experience gained within Banking/Financial Services/FinTech sectors a plus
- Proven experience and expertise in ServiceNow ITSM capabilities
- Proven experience and expertise in ServiceNow ITOM capabilities
- Proven experience and expertise in workflow automation
