Salary: $100,000 base performance-based bonuses (earn up to $125,000 annually)
Toyota of Clermont is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Call Center Director to lead our Inside Sales and Customer Engagement team. This individual will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of up to 10 professionals who handle all inbound and outbound customer interactions for the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all inside sales and customer engagement operations.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, appointment setting, and customer follow-ups.
- Lead daily training and coaching sessions to enhance team performance.
- Develop and refine call scripts for appointment scheduling and follow-up communications.
- Maintain an accurate customer database and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports to track department success.
- Collaborate with department managers to optimize customer interactions and sales opportunities.
- Perform other relevant duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience leading an inside sales team, with a strong focus on hiring, training, and development.
- 3 years of experience in an inbound/outbound sales role.
- Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to foster a productive and motivating work environment.
- Exceptional sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings (until 9:00 PM if needed) and weekends based on business needs.
