What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internet Sales Manager position at Toyota Of Dallas?
Sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features. All whilst developing rapport and figuring out a way to sell a car TODAY. You are a telemarketer until you are sitting in front of a customer.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Check after hour leads as soon as you walk in the door.
- Attend 8:30AM Training upstairs. (9am Fri. / 8am Sat.)
- Show up with a positive attitude and expect to work!
- Know / Walk your inventory. Know where your cars are located.
- Take a minimum of 2 Andy Elliot modules daily.
- Make a minimum of 80/150 outbound phone calls daily.
- Make 2-way communication with 25 prospects daily.
- Send a minimum of 80 emails daily.
- Turn in 2 hot prospects to the opening sales manager daily.
- Have two face-to-face interactions with prospects daily.
- Complete your "to-do's" in your bucket (dealer socket.)
- Be actively involved in Toyota Certification process every day.
- Call / email / text 10 of your previous customers daily.
- Your success at Toyota of Dallas will be predicated on your appointments for the following shift. A appointments are the minimum requirement daily.
