Job Title: Facility/Maintenance Technician
Location: Toyota of El Cajon
Job Type: Part-Time
The Facility/ Maintenance Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.50 and $18.00 per hour.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facility/Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the general upkeep and functionality of our facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment for employees, visitors, and customers. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and assist with various projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular inspections and maintenance of building systems including plumbing, lighting, and automotive shop clean up.

Handle minor repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting for equipment, machinery, and building systems.

Monitor and maintain facility cleanliness, ensuring all areas meet safety and health standards.

Respond promptly to service requests, including urgent maintenance issues.

Assist in inventory management of maintenance supplies and materials.

Maintain and update records of maintenance work completed.

Assist with setting up and breakdown for events or special projects.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment effectively.
