Key Responsibilities
- Treat our customers with kindness and respect, LISTEN to understand their wants and need and create an outstanding buying experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their automotive preferences and purchasing requirements.
- Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
- Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to customers based on their individual needs and budget considerations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to effectively position our vehicles in the marketplace.
- Minimum of at least 2 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success and achievement of sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
