What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service BDC Representative position at Toyota of Pharr?
We are looking for a confident, assertive, and well-spoken individual to join our Business Development Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's growth by reaching out to new and existing clients, investigating and resolving issues related to customer service and serving as a representative of the company at industry or company events. Candidates should have experience communicating with both business professionals and regular consumers.
Who would I interact with?
This position interacts daily with Service Advisors, Service Managers, The Business Development Manager, Customer Experience Manager, dealership support staff and service customers, just to name a few.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
- Receiving and promptly responding to inbound service calls.
- Identifying client needs and scheduling appointments for the service department.
- Contacting clients prior to appointment date to confirm appointments and follow up on missed appointments.
- Data mining and prospecting for Service opportunities (declined services, special order parts, etc)
- Execute prospect follow-up calls, and gauge customer satisfaction.
- Attending and participating in department meetings.
· Follow up with Service writer on customers concerns and vehicle status.
What are the requirements for this job?
· Customer service, sales, or telemarketing background helpful, but not necessary, we will train you
· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills (bilingual)
· A positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to learn
· Computer literacy, organization skills, follow-up skills, typing skills
· Must have a professional appearance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
