HireArt is helping Toyota Research Institute (TRI) hire an outstanding Internal Communications Manager to produce captivating cross-channel communications that inform and inspire the wider Toyota organization. In this role you'll work cross-functionally with teams to refine employee communications, as well as provide coaching for TRI speakers.

We're looking for someone with a track record of executing end-to-end multi-channel communication campaigns, including working directly with executives, within a research or technology organization.

As an Internal Communications Manager, you'll:
- Develop and write memorable, engaging cross-channel communications and employee experiences that inform, engage and inspire both TRI and the wider Toyota organization (e.g., intranet content, newsletters, digital screens, employee spotlights, etc.).
- Work cross-functionally with various teams (Comms, Recruiting, People & Culture, DEI, Research and more) to review and refine employee communications.
- Partner with Toyota communications teams globally to create and execute compelling TRI communications that effectively deliver our message to that community.
- Provide coaching for TRI speakers and content development support for internal TRI events (e.g., All Hands, lunch & learns, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant.
- Project manage ongoing programs and the delivery of a new intranet.
- 7 years relevant work experience at either a marketing agency or on an in-house communications team
- Consistent track record of owning and executing end-to-end multi-channel communication campaigns for a research or technology organization
- Experience working directly with executives and supporting executive communications
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build trust with colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
