ToyotaLift Northeast is a leading supplier of material handling equipment. We are seeking a full-time technician to service and repair industrial forklifts and aerial lifts. We are searching for career-oriented individuals with excellent customer service and organizational skills to join our team. You will receive superior training and support to become a qualified forklift technician.
We are hiring a Rental Coordinator to join our team! The Rental Admin is responsible for coordinating and processing rental departmental contracts and projects. This position also involves coordination with trucking and outside vendors. This position allows you to develop relationships, learn about the forklift industry and to use your superior customer service skills to support and grow our equipment rental business.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Field and process all National Account rental requests.
- Field and process all transportation requests.
- Dispatches in-house drivers to customer locations for delivery and pick-up as well as coordinates with contracted external delivery services
- Source and coordinate shipment of equipment
- Process and log internal delivery paperwork
- Maintain and invoice rental equipment contracts.
- Field and process all shop maintenance for rental units.
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory logs.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM, computer programs
- Knowledge of Transportation Coordination and logistics, shipping methods and associated documents preferred.
- Knowledge of general office business practices, preferably in a service environment
- Ability to prioritize workload and maintain flexibility while working as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and remain focused while working in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required; Some college preferred.
- 1 - 3 years' experience working in a professional administrative environment.
- Experience in Material Handling industry with experience in truck models and applications is highly desirable; forklift knowledge a plus.
- Service support/coordination experience required, transportation and dispatching experience highly desirable.
