Dispatcher

ToyotaLift Northeast a leading supplier of Material Handling solutions, has an opening for a full-time position for a Dispatcher / Service Writer. We are looking for a career-oriented individual with excellent customer service and organizational skills to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

· The dispatcher is the main contact for the ToyotaLift road technicians. He/She communicates the daily service call details to the techs throughout the day and at the end of the day regarding the next day’s work

· Coordinates with our PM Contract Customers for the completion of planned maintenance in a timely manner.

· Organize and prioritize customer service calls to be answered in the most efficient manner.

· Coordinate daily delivery truck runs to our customers and other locations

Reviews quote requests from technicians works directly with parts and the tech to ensure quote is correct

· Presents quotes directly to customer and keeps branch manager up to date on quoted job progress

· Follows up with customers on presented quotes

· Review service quote estimates and work closely with branch manager and parts department to ensure service jobs are completed in a timely manner and invoiced correctly.

· Keeps an open communication with our customers and our CSS and Sales Representatives to better service our customer needs.

· Works closely with the service billing clerk to complete all duties in the service office as well as our accounting department for the status of current and new customers

Job Requirements:

· High School Diploma or Associate Degree

· Basic Computer Skills

· Ability to Maintain Proper Phone Etiquette

· 1-2 years previous dispatch experience

· Knowledge of industrial equipment a plus

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail

· Must have safe work ethics at all times

· Organizational skills a must

· Self-motivated and work to accomplish company goals

· Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

· Driving history with a clean driving record for possibly the occasional use of a company vehicle
