Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders in the Technology and Product teams, understanding business challenges and developing tailored HR solutions.
- Collaborate on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management to support business growth and transformation.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top technical talent in alignment with business needs.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, development planning, and performance reviews.
- Partner with managers to identify and nurture high-potential employees and succession planning.
- Act as a mediator to resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring adherence to company policies and fostering a positive work environment.
- Promote open communication channels and cultivate an inclusive and collaborative company culture.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives such as training programs, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while aligning with TP-Link’s global HR policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to guide decisions on workforce trends, retention, and engagement.
- Leverage data to continually optimize HR practices and strategies.
- Facilitate seamless communication between global teams, bridging cultural and linguistic gaps to enhance collaboration.
- Support the implementation of global HR policies and programs within the local context.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with a focus on supporting technology and product functions.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proven track record in talent management, change management, and organizational development.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural, global environment is a plus.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000
