The Food & Beverage Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests by ensuring that all newly seated guests receive immediate attention, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverage requests promptly and courteously.

Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests by ensuring that all newly seated guests receive immediate attention, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverage requests promptly and courteously.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet all arriving guests at assigned stations in a pleasant manner.
- Communicate menu specials and changes, answer questions, and take guest orders accurately.
- Ensure work stations are properly refilled at the beginning and end of every shift.
- Advise supervisors of any member/guest complaints so they can be immediately resolved.
- Participate in continuous cleaning and upkeep of all Food and Beverage areas.
- Serve food and beverage items that meet strict standards outlined by the menu specifications work sheets.
- Prepare and serve soft beverages according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform all assigned side work duties (polishing, rolling, organization, etc.).
- Maintain accountability of cash tips and ensure no commingling with any cash bank.
- Handle and count cash, make accurate change, record credit cards from guests, and complete requisition forms as needed.
