The Office Administrator position works in the following areas:
Sales Administrator. In this area the Office Admin completes all duties associated with sales not limited to but including building group blocks in StaynTouch and STSR, completing site visits, entering reservations, completing routing for reservations. Front Desk in this area the Office Admin relieves the Front Desk agents for breaks and will cover shifts when necessary. Purchasing in this area the Office Admin orders all supplies for the hotel. Amenity Program. In this area the Office Admin runs the program to include delivery of amenities.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
