Responsibilities
- Support HR Managers with transactional and administrative tasks related to new-hire paperwork, policies, and procedures for existing employees.
- Prepare reports as needed.
- Utilize multiple HR Information Systems (HRIS) software systems.
Key Qualifications
- 1-3 years of human resources experience.
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS programs.
- Strong Excel and Word skills.
