Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our marina facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and replenishing all bathrooms and offices across three marinas located in Noank and Mystic. This role is essential to ensuring a positive experience for all marina guests, employees, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including trash receptacles, sinks, toilets, showers, and floors.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper on a regular basis.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure all fixtures are functioning properly and report any maintenance issues.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop office areas, conference rooms, and common spaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness of entryways and waiting areas.
- Coordinate with the marina management team to address any cleaning or maintenance concerns.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols while performing cleaning duties.
- Travel between the three marina locations as required to perform cleaning duties.
- Keep a log of tasks completed and note any issues or supplies that need restocking.
