The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and replenishing all bathrooms and offices across three marinas located in Noank and Mystic. This role is essential to ensuring a positive experience for all marina guests, employees, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including trash receptacles, sinks, toilets, showers, and floors.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper on a regular basis.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure all fixtures are functioning properly and report any maintenance issues.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop office areas, conference rooms, and common spaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness of entryways and waiting areas.
- Coordinate with the marina management team to address any cleaning or maintenance concerns.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols while performing cleaning duties.
- Travel between the three marina locations as required to perform cleaning duties.
- Keep a log of tasks completed and note any issues or supplies that need restocking.
Salary : $18 - $20
