Operations Support Associate

Job Purpose:
The Operations Support Device Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of essential technology devices across our retail stores and distribution center (DC). This entry-level position focuses on providing technical support, managing device repairs, tracking inventory, maintaining accurate records, and various other tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and is eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Device Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide basic technical support to store and DC team members regarding equipment, scanners, and tablets.
Assist in troubleshooting common device issues.
- Repair and Vendor Management:
Coordinate with repair vendors to facilitate timely device repairs.
Communicate with vendors via email and phone to track repair status and resolve issues.
- Inventory and Data Management:
Accurately input and maintain device inventory data.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to track equipment repairs, inventory levels, and other relevant information.
- Logistics and Shipping:
Prepare and process equipment shipments using UPS and other shipping methods.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Communication and Reporting:
Maintain clear and professional email communication with team members and vendors.
Generate reports on equipment repair status, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
- General Operations Support:
Perform other duties as assigned to support the operations team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of technology devices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong data entry skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to lift and move objects of reasonable weight.

Environmental/Occupational Health and Physical Requirements:
