Skills :
- 2-3 years of previous Benefits Operations experience in the US (global experience preferred, but not required)
- Experience using Workday HCM (Workday Benefits is a plus)
- Familiar with JIRA Cloud or similar ticketing tracking system
- Advance experience with google docs and microsoft office a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data
- Basic knowledge of benefits federal, state, and local laws
