Job Title : Identity and Access Management (IAM) Project Manager
Location : Jackson, MI (Hybrid - 3 Days per Week Onsite)

Job Summary :
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the implementation, management, and optimization of IAM systems within the organization. This individual will ensure that the right individuals have secure access to the appropriate resources and that all IAM-related projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The IAM Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day tasks, aligning business objectives with IAM initiatives, and ensuring compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- IAM Strategy and Policy Development : Design, develop, and implement effective IAM strategies and policies to manage user access and identities across the organization’s systems and platforms.
- User Access Management : Oversee and manage user identities and access permissions, ensuring only authorized individuals have access to appropriate resources.
- Monitoring and Auditing : Conduct regular monitoring and auditing of user access rights to ensure compliance with security policies and identify potential risks or breaches.
- Technology Integration : Evaluate and integrate new IAM technologies into the existing IAM framework to enhance security, scalability, and efficiency.
- Incident Management : Investigate, respond to, and resolve IAM-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Training and Awareness : Provide training to internal teams and stakeholders on IAM processes, procedures, and best practices to foster a security-aware culture.
- Project Coordination : Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of IAM projects.
- Project Delivery : Ensure IAM projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by developing and maintaining detailed project plans.
- Scope and Change Management : Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring that project objectives are met.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting : Measure project performance and report progress to management and key stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns as needed.
- Risk Management : Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project success and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Stakeholder Management : Foster and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
