Job Title : Program Manager IV / M&A Manager
Location : Houston, TX (Hybrid - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday onsite)Travel Requirement : Up to 10% travel outside of Houston, with occasional travel to Canada
Contract : 12 Months ( Possible Extension)
Company Overview :
Enbridge recently acquired three new utilities in the U.S. located in Ohio, North Carolina, and Utah. As part of this acquisition, Enbridge has established an Integration Program Office to effectively bring these utilities under the Enbridge umbrella.
Key Responsibilities :
- execute program management to be program managers
- drive the program plan - revolves around multiple different work streams and business streams (consists of finance, supply chain, HR, legal, etc.)
- looking at different work streams and plans and what does this mean in order to integrate all of this to Enbridge?
- bring everything into the same dominion, but from a business standpoint, not technical
- require working with different leaders - working on plans, understanding the plans, and measuring the plans and make sure KPI's are in place, etc.
- working with different stakeholders
- summarize the plan at a high level
- report on cost
- working on MS tools
- communicate a process to all parties and stakeholders involved
