Shifts: Monday - Friday (7am to 3pm) & Saturdays & Sundays (8am to 4pm)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our property. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to our high standards.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with our standards.
Train and onboard new housekeeping team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Assist in creating and maintaining a schedule for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Address guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
Uphold safety and sanitation standards in all housekeeping operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
