Key Responsibilities include :
- Public Space Inspector and Floor Specialist experience a plus
Quality and Cleanliness Maintenance :
Maintain the highest standards to ensure quality and cleanliness in public spaces, offices, meeting rooms, and other required areas.Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.Waste Management :
Empty and clean ashtrays and trash cans to ensure proper waste disposal and sanitation.Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas according to established procedures.Surface Sanitization :
Wipe down and sanitize door handles and other frequently touched surfaces to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a hygienic environment.Conduct routine sanitization of surfaces in accordance with health and safety guidelines.Assistance with Housekeeping :
Assist housekeeping staff as necessary to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.Equipment Maintenance :
Keep all janitorial equipment properly maintained, clean, and free of marks to ensure optimal functionality and appearance.Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to appropriate leadership for prompt resolution.Bathroom Cleaning :
Clean all bathrooms in assigned areas according to established procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.Handle biohazardous materials safely and dispose of them properly according to health and safety guidelines.Health, Safety, and Sanitation Compliance :
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.Adhere to established protocols for handling hazardous materials and cleaning chemicals.Maintenance Reporting :
Report any maintenance or repair issues to leadership promptly to facilitate timely resolution and prevent potential hazards or disruptions.What you will bring :
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.Six (6) months of housekeeping experience preferred.Excellent customer service skills.Works well with co-workers and leaders.Ability to walk / stand for long hours.Ability to lift to 50 pounds.About TPI Hospitality :
