Our Spa receptionist will provide customer service to clients, efficient running of the reception area and support the spa team in carrying out daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities Include

Guest Welcome and Assistance:

• Warmly welcome guests as they arrive at the spa, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist guests with booking appointments, helping them select services and scheduling their preferred times.
  
  

Phone Handling

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries, booking appointments, and providing information about services and availability.
  
  

Facility Cleanliness

• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the spa facility, ensuring that public areas, reception desk, and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
  
  

Product And Service Knowledge

• Familiarize yourself with the products and services offered by the spa, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
• Provide information and recommendations to guests based on their needs and preferences.
  
  

Administrative Support

• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
  
  

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  
  

Appointment Management

• Manage appointment schedules efficiently, coordinating with therapists and other staff to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
  
  

Cash Handling

• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, processing payments for services and retail products in accordance with spa policies and procedures.
  
  

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with other spa staff, including therapists, estheticians, and managers, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
  
  

Continuous Learning

• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and techniques related to spa services, participating in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Provide spa treatments according to established protocols.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in fast paced environment.
