Duties
Serve as a contact for customers to assist with accepting orders, pricing, expediting, general technical inquires, and any other customer requests.
Enter sales orders and complete data entry required for customers.
Review customer purchase orders, specifications and drawings in order to enter sales order in system for manufacturing.
Answer telephone for incoming requests received directly and via customer service call
center.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of Inside Sales experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree or graduating soon preferred.
- Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish a plus.
Salary : $18
